Free Cultural Rigor Screening Tool
In 2020, Dr Scott developed a CR Screening Tool to evaluate any practice, process, procedure, program, policy, or publication qualitatively and quantitatively for the presence of CR. Specifically, the CR screening evaluates institutional and quantitively alignment and accountability to the feelings, thoughts, expectations, experiences, priorities, and/or activism of Black women, girls, and gender expansive individuals and other women and people of color. Depending on capacity and interest, one can apply the Brief CR screening tool (a total of eight questions) or the Full CR Screening tool (application of all 20 screening questions depending of number items to screen and number/capacity of screeners).

Submit this complaint through the proper channels. Lastly, prioritize aftercare by seeking support and ensuring follow-up actions are taken to address the issue and prevent future occurrences.
